Patti is a seasoned litigator representing management-side employers in a range of employment issues, including through trial. She has extensive experience in defending complex wage and hour matters, including successfully resolving class and PAGA actions through summary judgment, decertification, and enforcement of class action waivers. In addition to her complex litigation work, Ms. Jeng handles all facets of employment law, including defending against discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, violations of privacy, and other employment related claims. She also provides advice and counseling in a wide variety of areas, including personnel policies, handbooks and manuals, arbitration agreements, wage and hour compliance, employee discipline and termination, reductions in force, internal investigations, employee classification, employee trainings, and litigation avoidance. Ms. Jeng is known for her strategic and practical approach to employment issues. She assists clients in minimizing litigation risks by helping implement compliant policies and best practices, taking into account business needs and resources to provide customized solutions. Ms. Jeng also brings her practical approach to litigation, ensuring clear communication with her clients to craft strategies that align with the employer’s goals. Ms. Jeng has experience defending employers in a variety of industries, including transportation, healthcare, financial services, education, hospitality, retail, gig economy, and public sector employers.

As Paradigm’s General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Rashmi leads the company's team of attorneys and compliance professionals to provide legal counsel and guidance across all divisions. She and her team advise all departments on issues that impact Paradigm’s core business, including healthcare law, clinical care management, contracts, privacy, and security. Rashmi also manages all litigation, and oversees mergers and acquisitions from a legal and compliance risk perspective, on behalf of Paradigm. Prior to joining Paradigm, Rashmi was a civil litigator and started her legal career at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office. She holds a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from UC Davis, King Hall School of Law.

Peter Yo is a vice president and market director at Robert Half. He oversees the legal advisory and placement operations for Northern California and specializes in human capital consulting and advisory services around M&A, commercial transactions, contract & litigation lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance. Peter is one of the founding members of Robert Half’s employee resource group: Apex. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University with a major in organizational leadership, minor is business administration, and a certificate of entrepreneurship. He is currently a chapter advisor to Ascend Leadership’s Los Angeles chapter having recently served as their immediate past president.
